The rock wool system is to change the fiber direction (horizontal into vertical silk) by slitting, transporting and turning the large pieces of rock wool with horizontal tiling fibers, so as to increase the bearing strength of the finished rock wool composite board, so as to meet the requirements of the strength of the building composite board. Soft surface layer uncoiler tightening and storage docking and correction device
The uncoiling and storage of soft surface layer is one of the core parts of the production line, which can smoothly uncoiling soft surface materials such as kraft paper, cement mortar cloth and aluminum foil for crawler curing and compounding. The core point is to solve the problem of centering and correcting the deviation of the upper and lower surface layers, so that the upper and lower surface layers do not deviate and are controlled at an accuracy of 2mm, thus laying a foundation for greatly saving raw materials for the sealing materials on the curing side of the crawler.

The function of the rock wool slitting machine is mainly to slitting large pieces of rock wool into strip block cotton of different widths.
