Rock wool sub-cutting
The function of the rock wool slitting machine is mainly to slitting large pieces of rock wool into strip block cotton of different widths. The width of the slitting is the corresponding height of the composite board minus the thickness of the upper and lower steel plates. After turning over in the latter process, the fiber changes its direction. The thickness of rock wool composite boards of different specifications is generally completed by replacing the spacer.

Function description:
The block rock wool board enters the slitting machine through the conveying roller channel and positioning guide. The cutting machine blade is designed and manufactured with high precision. The distance of the blade is changed by replacing the spacer sleeve in the middle for each size with different thickness specifications. When switching specifications, the hydraulic cylinder will push out the guide rail assembly and the guide rail will output the cutter assembly laterally. The working positioning of the tool is controlled by four positioning pins plus pneumatic locking. Prevent vibration, make the cutting tool rotate smoothly at high speed to achieve high precision, ensure the width of the rock wool strip is consistent, and lay the foundation for the final high quality of the finished board.
