In July 2012, our company provided a full set of soft surface composite board production line to Nanjing Hongbaoli Co., Ltd. The production line applies a number of WEIHUA patented technologies, mainly including side edge sealing technology during the production of soft surface insulation board, upper and lower surface material correction detection technology, continuous production surface material docking technology, and energy-saving technology of double crawler. At present, the precision of the composite plate out crawler before trimming can reach 1203mm. According to the output of two shifts, 1.5 million of polyurethane raw materials can be saved every year, while the special crawler insulation system can save 30% of energy consumption for users.
The correction device of soft substrate uncoiler is one of the core components of the whole production line. Can be used for kraft paper, asphalt fabric, cement mortar paper fabric, aluminum foil and other soft substrate after the smooth oil, supply double belt conveyor curing. The key to the correction device is to solve the problem of uncentering and correcting deflection. Accuracy control within 2mm. The device lays the foundation for saving more materials during the side sealing of the double belt conveyor.
