After years of research and practice, it is concluded that in order to produce high-quality sandwich panels on the basis of the same raw materials, the following three main conditions must be met: first, the double crawler machine has high precision, stable operation and good synchronization of upper and lower crawler running; Second, the foaming machine has good mixing effect and uniform foam; The third is to solve the influence of the forming machine on the plate during molding.
In view of the above requirements, our company has made the following technical updates on the equipment: a pair of crawler machines adopts two-stage transmission, driven by a small sprocket, driven by a small sprocket, and driven by a track shoe. The track is made of high-precision processing, which reduces the polygon effect of chain transmission and ensures the leveling accuracy of each track shoe. The second foaming machine adopts a two-stage mixing form. First, various catalysts, foaming agents and white materials are nucleated, homogenized and mixed in a high-efficiency stirring emulsifier, and then mixed with black materials through high-pressure atomization. Three molding machine using the German COPRA software design, combined with the actual optimization, reasonable arrangement of the number of molding. After finishing, the surface is plated with hard chromium, and the slow plating process is adopted to ensure the adhesion between the coating and the substrate and the hardness of the coating. All the rolls are processed by a CNC machining center, and the surface of the roll is processed by a special mirror grinder to improve the surface finish. Reduce the release of stress during molding and the effect on the flatness of the plate.
The domestic common color steel plate with a thickness of 0.5mm is adopted, the foaming density is 42kg/m3, the domestic chemical materials are produced, and the flatness of the plate surface is good. The complete production line of this technology has been provided to Baotou Duowei, Fujian Zhanhong and Henan Bodejiahui, and has been successfully put into mass production. This is a revolutionary turning point in the quality of polyurethane continuous line composite plates, the quality of the composite panels produced by it has far exceeded the products produced by European production lines in China (the same raw materials), which has greatly saved the cost of producing high quality composite panels for users-more than 1000 yuan per ton, and has made immeasurable contributions to the cause of polyurethane composite panels in China and the world.
