Features of this machine:

This molding machine combines the characteristics of the vehicle-mounted molding machine imported from the United States, and according to my country's national conditions (the mechanical properties of Baosteel's raw materials), our company has made great improvements to the equipment:
1. The forming area reaches 12 meters, 19 rollers, and the length of the forming area is 60 times the wave height 210 in cold bending forming, which is less than the yield point of the material during the deformation process. Imported equipment due to structural constraints (vehicle-mounted), subject to the constraints of the car chassis, the number of roads is 13, the length of 7 meters.
2. The frame of this machine is hot rolled I-beam. After welding, vibration method is used to remove welding stress. After large gantry planer processing, the levelness and rigidity of the frame are ensured.
3. The floor slab of the machine frame is welded with steel plate. After tempering treatment, the guide groove of the installation bearing seat is processed by numerical control wire cutting to ensure the verticality between the shaft and the bus after installation and the plate size.
4. The roller shaft of this machine is heat treated with alloy steel 40Cr material, and the maximum rolling plate thickness is 1.2mm
5. The machine is divided into two sections, which is convenient for transportation, hoisting and splicing on the construction site.
6. All rolls of this machine are equipped with bearings, and the full set of equipment has wireless speed difference during rolling, which ensures that the board surface is not scratched.
7. The forming roll of this machine is all processed by CNC machine tools.
8. The length and rolling quantity of the machine are controlled by computer.
9. The arch part of this machine is also greatly improved on the basis of imported equipment.
a) The forming bevel vertical roller can be adjusted, so that fine adjustments can be made when forming color plates with different thicknesses to reduce the wave of the bevel.
B) The flat roller and vertical roller of the arching machine shall be controlled by frequency converter and the linear speed shall be adjusted steplessly.
