This model is specially designed for the floor bearing plate, the closed joint can provide better bearing capacity, under the same conditions, compared with other floor bearing plate, the effective width of the closed floor bearing plate is larger, and the resistance is stronger. Device configuration:
Including: 1 passive feeding rack, 1 set of flat plate pre-punching mechanism, 1 forming host, 1 set of suture punching mechanism, 1 set of hydraulic forming shear, 1 set of hydraulic station, 1 set of computer control cabinet and 3 pieces of discharging table.
Process flow:
Passive uncoiling → guided feeding → plate pre-punching → roll forming → suture punching → roll forming → fixed-length cutting → material support and plate discharge.
