The function of the machine is to stack the cut finished boards in accordance with the first-in-first-out order, and to ensure that the stacking is straight on all sides, laying the foundation for the packaging of heat-shrinkable films in the next process.
1) The palletizer system is composed of conveying roller table, pushing material mechanism, lifting mechanism, stacking transverse movement mechanism and so on.
2) The palletizer handling device adjusts the frequency converter to make the acceleration and deceleration stable. After reaching the predetermined position, it brakes quickly and has accurate positioning, so that the workpieces are stacked neatly.
3) The palletizer has no sliding friction during the whole stacking process to ensure that the appearance of the plate is not damaged. Stacking equipment is a device that automatically stacks the finished plates sawed from a single sheet. The stacker consists of a high-speed mobile conveyor and a high-speed conveying parking device, and the stacked plates are packaged by a conveyor roller to a baler.
