Overview:

Function description:
The upper and lower nozzles are respectively equipped with two sets of servo industrial computer systems, which are composed of two sets of synchronous belt linear guide parts, which drive two sets of nozzles respectively. The whole system is a solid structure, which can make the gun head move at high speed without shaking and vibration, ensuring the uniformity of mixture distribution. It has the characteristics of high precision and flexible adjustment. All hoses (material pipes, air pipes, electrical controls, etc.) connected to the gun head are protected by supporting drag chains. The organization can online control the width of the cloth, the position of the cloth, the speed of the cloth, the operation is extremely convenient, and a variety of plate graphics can be stored for the next production convenience. The entire cloth rack has a self-locking function.
