Description
TECHNICAL PARAMETER
The glue spray system: spray the glue evenly on the up and down steel plate through spray nozzle by reciprocating drive system.
Rock wool glue spray system adopts the gantry rack construction, which can adjust on axial and lateral direction. The upper and down spray nozzle is controlled by servo motor and IPC through synchronous belt, so we can adjust the spray position online. The spray speed is 80m/min.
Each upper and down spray nozzle is controlled by two sets of servo IPC system, which consist of two sets of synchronous belt and linear guideway parts. The whole system is a ridge construction, which can make sure that the spray-head avoid vibration and spray evenly. All flexible pipes connected with spray-head are protected by support drag chain. This device can control the spray width, position, speed online, all this is controlled by computer graphic, which is easy operation, and all the plate figures can be stored for next production. The whole spray frame can move up and down, front and back, left and right, which also has self-locking function.
