Description
TECHNICAL PARAMETER
XY axle injecting is an alternately system, and it can spray all mixed material to panel table by nozzle. The whole system is a fixed structure; and there is no any tremble or shakes phenomenon while nozzle moving with high speed which also guarantee mixed material spraying uniformly.
Mixed head is driven by servo motor and servo control, and transmitted by synchronous belt and line guide rail which has high precision and easy adjust advantages. All soft tube (feed tube, air tube and electrical control, etc) connected with mixed head are protected by support drag chain. The unit controls spraying width, position and speeds on line. Computer diagram control process and operation is very easy, what’s more, all profile diagram can be stored for the next using. The whole spray support can move front and back, up and down, left and right, and the moving frame has self-locking function.
