Double Belt Conveyor Machine

Double belt conveyor machine is the core unit for the high quality Polyurethane Sandwich panel production line. It is the third gateway to produce the high-quality composite panel. It consists of several parts 1) belt plate, 2) driving system, 3) skeleton guide rail system, 4) up and down hydraulic lock system, 5) side seal modules system, 6)bottom moulds replace system.

Up and down belt conveyors are the core units for the complete belt conveyor line. It is very important to choose raw material, design, machining and heat treatment. Our working temperature is 45 ºC -80 ºC, the foaming pressure is 3kg/cm2, especially for production the PIR and phenolic, the temperature is up to 70 ºC, what means that these belts are easy to cause creep phenomena after long time working, which will bring several problems such as belt deformation, destroy the geometrical accuracy and belt surface quality. In view of the above situation, we adopt high quality special material, complicated welding heat treatment technology, and the special two stage driving transmission design which makes the width of belt plate up to 270mm. Besides, after the finite element mechanics analysis, we increase the rigidity of belt sharply by rib added special design structure. All the above conditions ensure the rigidity, strength, weather fastness and fatigue durability, and avoid metal deformation. We adopt fine machining centers to ensure the geometric dimensions.
