The cooling plate (cooling bed) system is one of the important links in the sandwich plate production line. It is to do balanced heat dissipation for the composite plate that has just come out of the crawler and is still reacting and releasing heat, so as to prevent a series of defects caused by uneven heat dissipation after the composite plate is immediately palletized. It is suggested to surround the cooling bed with insulation board of test machine. Prevent the composite plate from quenching and heating.

Overview:

The cooling plate (cooling bed) system is one of the important links in the sandwich plate production line. It is to do balanced heat dissipation for the composite plate that has just come out of the crawler and is still reacting and releasing heat, so as to prevent a series of defects caused by uneven heat dissipation after the composite plate is immediately palletized. Function description:

The main beams of the cooling bed of the company are all processed by gantry and connected by bolt positioning keys. The precision is extremely high. It can carry 250mm cold storage boards for a long time without deformation. It runs smoothly and has good rigidity. It can enter and leave two boards at the same time, thus reaching the maximum utilization rate of cooling bed equipment.
The plate passes through the transition roller table to the transverse roller table, and then is transported to the roller table of the upper cooling bed by the roller to the designated position. The lifting mechanism lifts, the synchronous belt transfers the plate horizontally to the bottom of the fork, the cooling plate spindle controls the plate to turn about 90 degrees, and the cooling plate process on the plate is completed. When the plate is placed under the cooling plate, the plate is first turned over to the lower cooling plate roller table by the cooling plate fork assembly, and the plate is moved out of the fork by the outward moving mechanism, and then transported to the next process through the transition roller table.
The synchronous transmission system of the cooling bed fork uses a driving motor to drive a driving shaft, and another driving shaft drives two passive shafts at the same time through the transmission chain, and then the passive shaft drives the cooling bed fork at the same time to achieve the synchronous rotation of the fork;
