Automatic overturning palletizing
Overview: The palletizer is a device that automatically stacks a single finished composite board. WEIHUA's unique mechanical overturning automatic palletizer avoids the external force damage of the regular suction cup to the composite board. It is one of the important equipment of the whole line, and it is also an indispensable link in the production of high quality composite panels. Function description: Palletizing is composed of high-speed mobile conveying roller table, high-speed conveying parking device, roof panel turnover device, horizontal push stacker and conveying roller. The roof panel turning device can turn the odd number of roof panels by 180 °, so that the panel waveform is combined to save space and double the palletizing efficiency. The stacked plates are packed by conveying rollers to the baler. Features of this machine: The equipment adopts the form of push plate and adopts the mechanical clamping and rotating mode. The plate surface is not stressed during the first unloading, thus protecting the plate surface quality and avoiding the damage to the plate surface caused by the traditional suction cup palletizing to make polyurethane (rock wool) composite plate with more than 100mm. Second, it avoids the phenomenon of small corrugated plates with suction cup stacking leaking and falling.

Function description:
