Taiwan cold bed adopts special structure to overcome technical problems

The installation progress of Taiwan's full production line is planned, and it is expected to start production and deliver it to customers next month. Brief introduction of Taiwan's continuous board line: it adopts environmental protection n-pentane foaming and five-component foaming machine to produce rock wool, glass wool and high flame retardant polyurethane PIR composite board. Many new technologies of WEIHUA are used in this production line, among which the synchronization problem of cooling board is solved on this line. At present, the synchronization of cooling bed is a difficult problem, when all the cold beds in China are running, several fork modules have different degrees of position deviation and asynchronous phenomenon, resulting in damage to the composite board and shutdown of the production line. This cold bed in Taiwan adopts a special structure to completely solve the problem.
